- Part-time, Full-time Overview We are looking for a caring, dependable, and enthusiastic Child Care Teacher to join our team.
In this role, you will help create a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where children can grow socially, emotionally, and academically. The right candidate will be passionate about working with children, committed to providing quality care, and eager to learn. We are happy to train the right person! Responsibilities Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that support learning and development Supervise children at all times to ensure safety and well-being Build positive, supportive relationships with children to encourage confidence and social growth Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom environment Communicate regularly and professionally with parents about their child's progress Use positive behavior guidance strategies to support individual needs Work collaboratively with fellow team members Participate in ongoing training and professional development Qualifications Experience in childcare is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate Experience babysitting, nannying, or working in a daycare setting is highly valued Strong caregiving and behavior guidance skills Ability to create engaging activities for various learning styles Excellent communication skills A nurturing attitude and positive team mindset Must pass a criminal background check Must complete DESE childcare training requirements as required by the state CPR/First Aid certification required after hire (training provided) If you are passionate about making a difference in children's lives and want to be part of a supportive team, we would love to hear from you!
