In this role, you will deliver engaging lessons and foster a positive learning environment for students. Your enthusiasm and commitment will help nurture young minds, promote inclusive education, and ensure each student receives the attention they need to succeed. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on children's educational journeys while gaining valuable classroom experience. Duties Assist teachers in planning and implementing lesson plans across various subjects, including literacy, math, and early childhood education Support students with diverse learning needs, including those with disabilities or autism, through individualized attention and tailored activities Help manage classroom behavior and implement behavior management strategies to maintain a positive learning environment Engage students in tutoring, mentoring, and interactive activities that promote childhood development and social skills Support classroom organization by proofreading educational materials, preparing supplies, and maintaining a tidy learning space Collaborate with teachers to monitor student progress and provide feedback on their development in areas such as literacy education and classroom management Foster effective communication with students, parents, and staff to ensure a supportive educational atmosphere Qualifications Prior experience working with children in an educational or childcare setting is highly preferred Knowledge of special education practices, Montessori methods, or private school environments is a plus Strong understanding of childhood development principles and early childhood education techniques Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with students, teachers, and parents Demonstrated ability to manage classroom behavior and implement behavior management strategies Experience working with individuals with disabilities or autism is advantageous Basic proofreading skills for educational materials and documentation Passion for tutoring, mentoring, and supporting children's academic growth Ability to work part-time hours with flexibility to support school schedules Join us as a Toddler Teacher and be part of an inspiring team dedicated to empowering young learners!
