Job Description
Early Childhood Teacher (2-Year-Old or 3-Year-Old Classroom) Lovely Child Development Center is seeking a caring, dependable, and energetic Early Childhood Teacher to join our team. We are currently hiring for our 2-Year-Old Classroom and 3-Year-Old Classroom. Responsibilities Provide a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment. Implement daily lesson plans and age-appropriate activities. Support children's social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development. Maintain classroom routines and schedules. Supervise children at all times to ensure safety. Communicate professionally with parents and staff. Complete daily classroom documentation and observations. Follow all licensing, health, and safety requirements. Qualifications Must be at least 18 years old. High School Diploma or GED required. CDA Credential (or willingness to obtain) preferred. At least 6 college credit hours in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Education, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field preferred. Previous childcare or preschool experience preferred. CPR/First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain). Ability to pass background and health screenings. Ideal Candidate Dependable and punctual. Passionate about working with young children. Positive team player. Strong communication and classroom management skills. Committed to providing high-quality care and education.
