Job Description

Overview We are seeking a warm, creative, and experienced lead preschool teacher to join our play-based early childhood program. In this role, staff will create a nurturing and stimulating environment where students learn through hands-on experiences, exploration, and social interactions. The ideal candidate values the importance of child-led play, has strong classroom leadership skills, is passionate about early childhood development, and has a love for helping young students grow and thrive. Responsibilities Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum that meets the educational standards and individual needs of each child. Plan and conduct daily lessons that include activities in math, physical education, and special education tailored to diverse learning styles. Create a safe and welcoming classroom environment that promotes child welfare and encourages social interaction among students. Assess children's progress through observation, documentation, and regular communication with parents regarding their development. Provide individualized attention and support to children, including those with special needs or requiring additional tutoring. Maintain an organized classroom setup that fosters creativity, exploration, and independent learning. Collaborate with other educators to enhance curriculum development and share best practices in teaching methodologies. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is preferred. Experience working in a preschool or early childhood setting is highly desirable. Strong skills in lesson planning, classroom management, and curriculum development. Knowledge of child development principles and best practices for toddler care. Ability to create engaging lesson plans that incorporate physical education and math concepts. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues.
