Summary We are seeking an enthusiastic STEAM School Teacher to join our team at Confluence Academies in St. Louis. In this pivotal role, you will contribute to our mission by fostering innovative learning experiences for our students, helping them grow academically and socially. Responsibilities Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that meet curriculum standards. Manage classroom behavior and create a positive learning environment. Assess student progress and adapt teaching methods accordingly. Collaborate with colleagues and parents to support student development. Provide individualized support for students with diverse learning needs. Foster a love of learning through creative and interactive teaching strategies. Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills. Contribute to the school community through involvement in extracurricular activities. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Education or related field. Valid teaching certification for elementary education. Strong classroom management skills and experience working with children. Knowledge of early childhood education principles. Ability to differentiate instruction for diverse learners. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience with special education is a plus. Passion for fostering a supportive and inclusive classroom environment.
