We are looking for exceptional individuals to join our team. We are searching for child-loving, positive & dedicated teachers who have a passion for making a big impact in a child's life. Our team provides a supportive & fun environment. No nights or weekends! Requirements Must be 18 years of age or older. Must be CPR and First Aid certified (training can be suggested for you) Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds. Must be able to pass the background check and FBI fingerprinting check. College hours preferred. Responsibilities Supervise and ensure the safety of the children in your care at all times. Plan activities and implement using our curriculum. You will work alongside a co-teacher and equally contribute to the responsibilities in the learning environment. Work with the Director on any issues, needs, or questions Communication skills are extremely important Attend staff meetings Ensure the required training per state guidelines is completed. (12 clock hours per yr) Be familiar with state regulations Be familiar with the policies and procedures in the Kids First Early Academy handbook (a handbook will be provided to each staff member, and a signed letter of agreement and understanding will be required).
