What You'll Do:

Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment. Foster children's curiosity, independence, and social-emotional growth. Supervise children and maintain a safe, clean classroom. Assist with daily routines, meals, activities, and transitions. Encourage positive behavior with kindness and consistency. Build positive relationships with children, families, and coworkers. Participate in staff meetings, training, and professional development.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required. Experience with young children preferred. CDA, Early Childhood coursework, or teaching certification is a plus. Positive attitude, strong teamwork, and willingness to learn. Ability to actively participate in indoor and outdoor activities. Must pass required background screening. Why Kingswood? Schedule:

Monday-Friday between 7:00 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. (Full-time and part-time positions available.)
