We are looking for energetic, loving teachers to nurture, care, and educate our preschool children. Duties Teacher Job Description

• Maintain class attendance at all times.
• Organize and lead activities designed to promote physical, mental, and social development.
• Observe and evaluate children's performance, behavior, social development, and physical health.
• Meet with parents twice a year to discuss progress and goals at Parent/Teacher Conferences.
• Attend educational workshops and receive 12 credits per year of continuing education.
• Prepare materials and classroom for class activities, turn in lesson plans every week.
• Adapt teaching methods and instructional materials to meet student's needs and interest.
• Attend professional meetings, educational conferences, and teacher training workshops
• Maintain a consistent discipline approach with all students.
• Keep classroom neat and organized.

Skills Excellent classroom management skills to foster a positive learning environment that encourages curiosity and respect. Demonstrated experience in classroom experience or daycare settings with preschool age groups. Effective lesson planning abilities that incorporate early childhood pedagogies. Exceptional communication skills for working with students, parents, staff, and community partners.
