Duties Develop and implement engaging, developmentally appropriate lesson plans aligned with preschool standards and curriculum goals Foster a positive classroom atmosphere that promotes social skills, emotional regulation, and cooperative play Use effective classroom management techniques to maintain a safe, organized, and inclusive learning environment Incorporate literacy education, math activities, physical education, and Montessori methods to support holistic child development Collaborate with colleagues and families to support individual learning needs, including special education and early intervention strategies Conduct assessments using standardized testing tools to monitor progress and tailor instruction accordingly Manage classroom routines such as circle time, snack periods, outdoor play, and nap times with professionalism and care Skills Strong background in early childhood education with experience in preschool or daycare settings Proficient in curriculum development, lesson planning, and classroom management techniques Knowledge of childhood development principles, behavior management strategies, and child welfare practices Experience working with children requiring special education or early intervention services is highly desirable Excellent communication skills for engaging with students, parents, and team members effectively Familiarity with Montessori methods, literacy education techniques, and teaching physical education enhances your versatility Ability to adapt activities for toddlers' care needs while maintaining high standards of safety and engagement Embark on a rewarding journey as a Pre K 2 Teacher where your energy fuels young minds!
