Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a commitment to fostering a nurturing and stimulating learning environment for young children. This role involves developing and implementing engaging lesson plans, assessing student progress, and collaborating with parents to support each child's growth and development. Responsibilities Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with curriculum standards. Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages active participation. Assess and document children's progress through observation and standardized testing methods. Provide individualized support to children, including those with special education needs. Foster strong communication with parents regarding their child's development and classroom activities. Utilize Montessori methods or other educational philosophies to enhance learning experiences. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom space conducive to learning. Collaborate with fellow educators to develop curriculum and share best practices. Qualifications AA, CDA or 2 years work experience Experience working with young children in an educational setting is essential. Strong skills in lesson planning, curriculum development, and classroom management. Ability to communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues. Knowledge of special education practices is a plus. Familiarity with Montessori principles or similar teaching methodologies is desirable. A passion for teaching and nurturing the growth of young learners.
