Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Infant Teacher to join our vibrant early childhood education team. In this role, you will create a nurturing and stimulating environment where infants can explore, learn, and develop essential skills. Responsibilities Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum plans that promote early literacy, motor skills, social-emotional development, and cognitive growth. Provide attentive care to infants, ensuring their safety, comfort, and well-being throughout the day. Engage children in interactive activities that support language development, sensory exploration, and physical movement. Manage classroom routines including diapering, feeding, nap times, and transitions with patience and professionalism. Monitor each child's developmental progress and communicate regularly with parents or guardians about their child's milestones and needs. Maintain a clean, organized classroom environment that adheres to health and safety standards. Collaborate with colleagues to create individualized learning plans for children requiring special education or early intervention services. Requirements Prior experience working with infants or in early childhood education settings such as daycare or preschool environments. Knowledge of childhood development principles, behavior management techniques, and classroom management strategies. Familiarity with curriculum development, lesson planning, and teaching physical education tailored for toddlers. Strong communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, and team members. Certification in early childhood education or related field preferred; relevant training in special education or Montessori methods is a plus. Ability to work flexibly in a dynamic environment while maintaining patience and enthusiasm. Commitment to child welfare standards and understanding of standardized testing procedures related to early childhood assessment. Pay:
