The Opportunity We are seeking a Lead Infant Montessori Teacher to join our community in Bozeman. This role is more than caring for babies—it's about honoring the immense growth of the first three years and guiding each child with respect, patience, and intention. As a Lead Infant Teacher, you will craft a calm, responsive environment where children develop trust, security, and the foundations of independence. What You'll Do Prepare and maintain a safe, beautiful, and developmentally rich classroom environment tailored to infants' unique needs. Observe each child closely, responding with care to their physical, emotional, and developmental cues. Support milestones in movement, language, and independence with respect for each child's natural rhythm. Partner with families, offering insight and encouragement as they navigate the infant years. Guide and mentor assistant teachers in best practices for Montessori infant care. Model grace, patience, and consistency in every interaction, creating a classroom culture of trust and love. What We're Looking For Montessori Infant/Toddler training and commitment to pursuing certification. Experience in an infant environment, either as a lead or assistant teacher with proven growth and training. A deep respect for the Montessori philosophy and an understanding of its application in the first three years of life. Strong communication skills to collaborate with families and colleagues.
