Be responsible for providing quality care and treatment to children, responding sensitively and proactively to the individual treatment and educational needs of the children. Support the child during transitions from one activity to the next such as to music and PE. Support the classroom teacher, providing one-on-one or small group lesson support. Support the children's morning routine to aid in a successful day at school!
Qualifications:
Skills and abilities are typically acquired through two years of related work experience such as Paraprofessional, childcare, Head Start, and respite care providers. Graduation from an accredited college or university with an associate or bachelor s degree in social science or closely related field is preferred but not required. 19 years or older Valid Montana Driver s License (or obtain within 60 days of employment) Must pass a Background check prior to start date As your next employer, we are excited to offer you: On-the-job training Employer sponsored health insurance for medical, dental and vision Health Savings Account contributions Retirement contribution of 4%, fully vested after only one year!
