Serving over 90 children daily, we focus on creating a safe, engaging, and educational environment that fosters early childhood growth and learning. Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and passionate Kindergarten Readiness Educator to prepare young children for their transition into kindergarten. In this paid role, you will design and implement engaging curriculum activities, support early childhood development, and create a positive classroom atmosphere that encourages curiosity and learning. Your enthusiasm and expertise will inspire children to reach their full potential as they develop essential skills for future academic success. Duties Develop and implement comprehensive curriculum plans tailored to preschoolers' developmental stages, including literacy, math, physical education, and social-emotional skills Create a nurturing classroom environment that promotes positive behavior management and childhood development principles Conduct lessons focused on kindergarten readiness skills such as basic literacy, numeracy, fine motor skills, and social interactions Support children with special education needs through individualized strategies and early intervention techniques Manage classroom activities efficiently while maintaining safety standards and fostering an inclusive atmosphere Collaborate with parents and caregivers to communicate progress, behavioral strategies, and developmental milestones Incorporate social and emotional activities to promote growth and development among children Qualifications Previous documented classroom teaching experience required Knowledge of childhood development principals Experience in curriculum development and implementation Strong communication skills are necessary for effective interaction with children, parents, and staff Must have a B.S degree in Elementary Education with a Pre-3 endorsement or a B.S degree in Early Childhood Education Join us in shaping bright futures!
