Pitt County, NC What You'll Do:
Lead a teaching team to plan, implement, and assess student learning and development. Build meaningful, communication-focused relationships with children, families, and fellow staff members. Ensure compliance with
NC-DCDEE
policies and guidelines (including sanitation and CACFP regulations). Foster a classroom environment that promotes literacy, learning, and engagement. Support an inclusive, child-centered atmosphere where every child can feel confident and secure to explore and grow.
Qualifications We're Looking For:
Preferred Education:
Associate's degree in Early Childhood or a related field NC Childcare Credentials ‍
Experience:
At least 2 years of licensed childcare experience required.
Skills:
