Job Description

Kids 'R' Kids Learning Academy of Blakeney is a highly regarded Five-Star and NAEYC-accredited preschool located in South Charlotte. We are currently seeking a qualified and dedicated Head Lead Teacher for our Preschool Prep I program (younger 2's). This is an excellent opportunity to join a professional, energetic, and family-oriented team.
Qualifications:
Preferred candidates will hold a minimum of an Associate's Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field, with at least 36 semester credit hours in Early Childhood Education. A minimum of two years of teaching experience in a licensed preschool or early childhood program is preferred. (Please note: babysitting or nanny experience does not count toward this requirement.) Potty training experience is a definitely plus!
Position Details:
This is a full-time role (40 hours per week). Compensation will be based on education and experience and will be discussed during the interview process. The anticipated start date for this position is late summer to early fall 2026
