Childcare Provider

Responsibilities Provide attentive care for children, including infants, toddlers, preschoolers, and children with special needs or disabilities. Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote early childhood development, learning, and social skills. Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times, including administering first aid when necessary. Support behavioral management strategies to encourage positive interactions and emotional regulation. Assist with daily routines such as feeding, diapering, nap times, and hygiene practices. Communicate regularly with parents or guardians regarding their child's progress, needs, and any concerns. Maintain a clean and organized environment that fosters learning and safety in daycare or classroom settings. Qualifications Prior experience working with children in daycare, preschool, babysitting, nannying, or classroom environments. Knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education practices. Certification in first aid and CPR is highly preferred. Experience working with individuals with disabilities or special needs is a plus. Strong skills in behavior management and creating inclusive learning environments. Ability to handle multiple responsibilities with patience, enthusiasm, and professionalism. Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with families and team members.
