This dynamic role offers the opportunity to support and enrich the learning experiences of young children across various classrooms. As a Preschool Floater, you will bring energy, flexibility, and a passion for child development to ensure every child receives quality care and education. Your positive attitude and adaptability will help create a nurturing environment where children can thrive, learn, and grow. Duties Assist in multiple preschool classrooms by supporting lead teachers with daily activities, lesson implementation, and classroom management Provide engaging supervision and care for children during playtime, snack time, and learning activities Help clean bathrooms, gym, diaper changes and more We are a Christian based preschool that teaches the children about Jesus. Communicate effectively with children, parents, and team members to foster a collaborative educational atmosphere Support behavior management strategies to promote positive social interactions and emotional development Skills Strong knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education best practices Experience working with children in daycare, preschool, or private school settings Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and staff Experience caring for toddlers and supporting behavior management strategies Flexibility to float between classrooms as needed while maintaining professionalism and enthusiasm Join us in creating joyful learning experiences for young learners!
