Responsibilities:

Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that promote learning and development. Create a safe, welcoming, and stimulating classroom environment for children. Assess and document children's progress and communicate with parents regularly. Encourage social, emotional, and cognitive development through play and structured activities. Collaborate with fellow educators to enhance curriculum and classroom activities. Maintain a clean and organized classroom that meets health and safety standards. Support children's individual needs and adapt teaching methods accordingly. Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and staff to create a community of learning.

Requirements:

Experience in Early Childhood Education or K-5th grade or related field preferred. Valid teaching certification or license in Early Childhood Education preferred. Experience working with children aged 2-5 year s in a classroom setting. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with children and parents. Ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment. Patience, creativity, and a passion for early childhood education. First Aid and CPR certification preferred. Willing to receive First Aid and CPR certification Willingness to participate in ongoing professional development and training.
