We focus on fostering independence, curiosity, and a lifelong love of learning in every child. Position Overview We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate is patient, energetic, and experienced in early childhood education, with a genuine love for working with children ages 3-4 years. Responsibilities Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities Foster a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment Support toddlers' social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development Maintain daily communication with parents regarding child progress Ensure classroom cleanliness and organization Follow all licensing and safety regulations Qualifications Experience working with children 3-4 years old preferred Strong classroom management skills CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) Excellent communication and teamwork skills What We Offer Competitive pay (based on experience and education) Supportive and collaborative work environment Professional development opportunities Experience Prior experience working with young children in a daycare, preschool, or childcare setting is highly preferred Knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education best practices Classroom management skills that promote positive interactions and learning environments Experience with toddler care routines such as diapering, feeding, and nap times Previous nannying or babysitting experience working with infants or toddlers can be valuable Join us in shaping the future by providing nurturing care and inspiring early learners! Pay:

$17.00 - $19.00 per hour
