About Us At Golden Child Development Center, we don't just provide childcare, we create a Golden Experience. We are a high-quality early childhood program focused on growth, leadership, and nurturing the whole child. We are currently building a strong, loving, and structured infant/toddler program, and we are looking for educators who truly LOVE working with babies and young children. Position Overview We are seeking a patient, nurturing, and dependable Infant/Toddler Teacher to join our team. This role is critical to our center, as you will be caring for our youngest learners during their most important developmental stages.

Responsibilities Provide a safe, clean, and nurturing environment for infants and toddlers Follow daily schedules including feeding, diapering, nap time, and play Support early childhood development through age-appropriate activities Maintain accurate attendance and supervision at all times Communicate professionally with families and team members Follow all North Carolina childcare licensing rules and ratios Requirements Must be 18 years or older High school diploma or GED (required) Early Childhood credentials ( strongly preferred but not required) Experience working with infants/toddlers (strongly preferred) Must pass background check Must meet NC health and safety requirements
Pay:
$16.00 - $19.00 per hour
