Little Grown-Ups Child Care Center is currently seeking dependable, nurturing, and enthusiastic Lead Teachers to join our growing team. We are hiring for both our Infant Classroom and our 3-Year-Old Preschool Classroom. We are looking for educators who are passionate about early childhood development, enjoy creating engaging learning environments, and understand the importance of building positive relationships with children and families.

Current Classroom Opportunities:

Infant Lead Teacher (12 months and under) Preschool Lead Teacher (3-Year-Old Classroom)

Responsibilities May Include:

Creating a safe, supportive, and engaging classroom environment Planning and implementing age-appropriate activities Maintaining daily classroom routines and supervision Supporting children's social, emotional, and developmental growth Communicating professionally with families and coworkers Maintaining classroom cleanliness and licensing standards

Qualifications:

Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred Candidates currently enrolled in a degree program and expected to graduate within 6 months are encouraged to apply TB Skin Test required prior to employment. CPR and First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain) Prior childcare or classroom experience preferred Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to meet North Carolina childcare requirements
