In this role, you will create a safe, engaging, and stimulating environment that promotes early childhood development through innovative teaching methods and personalized support. Duties Develop and implement comprehensive curriculum plans that align with early childhood education standards and incorporate literacy, math, physical education, and Montessori principles. Manage classroom activities effectively to promote positive behavior management and smooth classroom management. Conduct assessments of children's development using standardized testing methods and document progress regularly. Plan engaging lessons tailored to the individual needs of toddlers and preschoolers, including those requiring special education or early intervention support. Foster strong communication with parents and guardians through regular updates on children's progress and developmental milestones. Support children's welfare by ensuring safety protocols are followed and promoting child welfare practices within the classroom. Skills Extensive experience in classroom management, lesson planning, and teaching young children across various age groups. Strong knowledge of childhood development theories, behavior management strategies, and early intervention techniques. Proficiency in curriculum development that integrates literacy education, math skills, physical education, and Montessori methods. Ability to work effectively with children requiring special education or additional support services. Excellent communication skills to collaborate with colleagues, parents, and specialists in child welfare. Familiarity with standardized testing procedures and tutoring techniques for early learners. Experience in toddler care, daycare settings, private schools, or preschool environments is highly desirable.
