Skills Extensive experience in classroom management, lesson planning, and teaching young children across various age groups. Strong knowledge of childhood development theories, behavior management strategies, and early intervention techniques. Proficiency in curriculum development that integrates literacy education, math skills, physical education, and Montessori methods. Ability to work effectively with children requiring special education or additional support services. Excellent communication skills to collaborate with colleagues, parents, and specialists in child welfare. Familiarity with standardized testing procedures and tutoring techniques for early learners. Experience in toddler care, daycare settings, private schools, or preschool environments is highly desirable.
