Duties Design and implement dynamic lesson plans aligned with early childhood education standards, incorporating Montessori methods and age-appropriate activities. Foster a safe, inclusive classroom environment that promotes positive behavior management and child welfare. Engage children in educational activities focused on literacy, math, physical education, and social skills to support holistic development. Collaborate with parents and caregivers to communicate student progress, behavioral observations, and developmental milestones. Utilize standardized testing and assessment tools to monitor learning outcomes and tailor instruction accordingly. Manage classroom routines efficiently to ensure smooth transitions and maintain a productive learning atmosphere. Support children with special education needs through early intervention techniques and individualized attention. Experience Prior classroom experience working with preschool-aged children in daycare or private school settings is highly preferred. Demonstrated expertise in curriculum development, lesson planning, and classroom management strategies. Knowledge of childhood development principles, behavior management techniques, and early intervention practices. Experience working with children with diverse needs, including special education or toddler care is advantageous. Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with colleagues, parents, and community partners. Familiarity with Montessori methods or other educational philosophies such as literacy education or teaching physical education enhances your candidacy.
