Childcare Educator

Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and energetic Childcare Educator to inspire and nurture young minds in a dynamic early childhood environment. Duties Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development in children Create a safe and welcoming classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning Support children with daily routines such as feeding, diapering, nap times, and hygiene practices Monitor children's behavior using positive guidance techniques and effective behavior management strategies Collaborate with colleagues to ensure consistent care and educational standards across the classroom Communicate regularly with parents or guardians about children's progress, needs, and developmental milestones Maintain accurate records of children's activities, attendance, and developmental observations Assist with classroom setup, cleanup, and organization to foster a stimulating learning environment Experience Prior experience working with children in daycare, preschool, or babysitting roles is highly valued Knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education best practices Experience with infants, toddlers, or preschool-aged children is preferred Familiarity with classroom management techniques and behavior management strategies Certification in first aid and CPR is advantageous; ongoing training in early childhood education is encouraged Experience working with children with disabilities or special needs enhances your suitability for this role Demonstrated ability to work effectively with diverse groups of children and their families Join us as a Childcare Educator to shape young lives through engaging activities, compassionate care, and dedicated teaching.
