Duties Supervise children during various activities, ensuring their safety at all times Plan and implement age-appropriate educational and recreational activities that promote learning and development Support children in daily routines such as meal times, nap times, and hygiene practices Foster positive social interactions among children to encourage teamwork, sharing, and empathy Monitor children's behavior and intervene appropriately to guide positive conduct Communicate regularly with parents or guardians about their child's progress and any concerns Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment conducive to children's growth and safety Skills Strong understanding of child development principles and age-specific needs Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and team members Ability to remain patient, energetic, and positive in dynamic situations Basic first aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire) Reliable time management skills to ensure timely supervision of activities Ability to follow safety protocols diligently and respond swiftly in emergencies Creative mindset for designing engaging activities that stimulate learning and fun This role is perfect for passionate individuals eager to inspire young minds while gaining valuable experience in early childhood education.
