Job Description:

Pam's Childcare is seeking a dependable, caring, and experienced Daycare Assistant to join our team. We are looking for someone who is attentive, reliable, and passionate about providing a safe, nurturing environment for children.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and ensure the safety and well-being of children at all times Assist with daily routines, including meals, playtime, and rest periods Engage children in age-appropriate activities that support learning and development Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment Communicate effectively with staff and follow established childcare procedures

Requirements:

Must be reliable and punctual Ability to pass a background check Minimum of 4 years of experience working with young children Early Childhood Education coursework or training preferred Strong communication and teamwork skills Patient, caring, and attentive demeanor

Pay:

$15-$20 per hour (based on experience)

Work Schedule:

Part-time 15-25 hours per wee
