Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and energetic Childcare Teacher to inspire and nurture young learners in a dynamic educational environment. In this role, you will create engaging lesson plans, foster a positive classroom atmosphere, and support the developmental needs of children across various age groups. Your enthusiasm for early childhood education will help cultivate a love of learning, promote social-emotional growth, and ensure each child's safety and well-being. Duties Develop and implement age-appropriate curricula that incorporate literacy education, math, physical education, and Montessori methods to stimulate curiosity and learning. Plan and execute daily lesson plans that align with early childhood education standards and individual student needs. Foster a safe, inclusive, and nurturing classroom environment that encourages positive behavior management and social skills development. Support children with special education needs through tailored activities and early intervention strategies. Engage children in activities that promote childhood development, including language acquisition, motor skills, and emotional regulation. Maintain clear communication with parents and guardians regarding each child's progress, behavior, and welfare. Manage classroom logistics efficiently to ensure smooth transitions between activities and adherence to schedule. Experience Prior classroom experience working with children in preschool or daycare settings is essential. Demonstrated knowledge of curriculum development, lesson planning, and classroom management techniques. Experience working with children with special needs or in early intervention programs is highly desirable. Familiarity with childhood development milestones, behavior management strategies, and standardized testing methods. Background in early childhood education certifications such as Montessori training or preschool teaching credentials is preferred. Proven ability to communicate effectively with young children, parents, and team members. Experience in private school environments or daycare centers will be considered an asset.
