We are starting interviews for this role starting May 11th. We are still working with licensing, etc. to open our Infant 2 room. The timeline for hire and start date is between 4 weeks
  • 6 weeks. The potential candidate must not be in a rush to start and must have flexibility for a start date. Overview for Infant 2 Lead Teacher ( infants 12 months
  • 18 months ) We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Lead Infant Teacher to join our Family Oriented childcare center. In this vital role, you will lead classroom activities for infants 12 months
  • 18 months, foster a nurturing environment, and support the developmental growth of our youngest learners.
This position offers an exciting opportunity to shape the early educational experiences of infants while collaborating with a team committed to excellence in childcare and early childhood education. Responsibilities Implement engaging, age-appropriate curriculum plans that promote cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development for infants. Lead daily classroom activities, ensuring a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment that encourages curiosity and exploration. Collaborate with parents and families to communicate developmental milestones, progress, and any concerns related to their child's welfare. Maintain accurate documentation of each child's daily reports using Procare. Ensure compliance with licensing regulations, health and safety protocols, and our center policies at all times. Skills Extensive knowledge of early childhood education principles, including lesson planning tailored for infants 12 month s

Proven experience working with children in daycare or preschool settings, especially with infants. Strong classroom management skills.
