Responsibilities Lead a Preschool/Pre-K classroom serving children ages 3-5 during the school year & 3-12 in the summer Implement curriculum and lesson plans that support kindergarten readiness Conduct daily circle time, small groups, and hands-on learning activities Maintain classroom organization and cleanliness Build positive relationships with families Complete daily documentation through Procare Supervise children while ensuring all licensing regulations are followed Support children's social-emotional development using positive guidance techniques Collaborate with administration and fellow teachers to create a positive center culture

Qualifications Preferred:

Previous childcare, preschool, or early childhood experience CPR/First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain) Knowledge of Nebraska licensing regulations CDA, Associates Degree, or coursework in Early Childhood Education preferred

Required:

Must pass all background checks Reliable transportation Dependable attendance Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and actively engage with children throughout the day
