Nursery Teacher

• Job Overview:

• We are seeking a dedicated Nursery Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children and providing a safe and nurturing environment for them to learn and grow.

• Duties:

• Diapering
• Implementing safe-sleep practices.
• Engage children in age-appropriate activities and play to stimulate their development.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in your care.
• Prepare bottles and feed meals.
• Maintain a clean and organized childcare environment.
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's day.
• Implement age-appropriate curriculum and activities.
• Practice positive guidance to encourage growth and learning.
• Maintain a positive demeanor and model behaviors for children.

• Skills:

• at least 1 year of experience in childcare​
• Knowledge of early childhood education principles
• Previous experience working with children of various ages.
• Ability to provide attentive care
• Experience
• At least one year of full-time experience in a formal child care setting
• Early Childhood continuing education hours, either already aquired or ready to learn
• CPR certified or willing to become so within 90 days of hire We are open Monday-Friday, 6:30am-5:30pm.

Shifts start between 7:00am and 8:00am. This position will be 30 to 40 hours per week, four or five days per week.
