What You'll Do Create a positive, welcoming classroom environment Support children's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development Plan and implement engaging, age-appropriate activities Build strong relationships with children, families, and coworkers Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom Work collaboratively with a supportive teaching team Help children learn through play, exploration, and meaningful experiences What We're Looking For Passion for working with children Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills Reliable, caring, and professional individuals Strong communication and classroom management skills Willingness to learn and grow professionally Preferred Qualifications Lead Teachers CDA, Associate Degree, or higher in Early Childhood Education Previous childcare or classroom experience Assistant Teachers Childcare experience is a plus, but not required Paid training available for the right candidates Why Join HHCDC?
