Summary As a Teacher at KidLogic Child Care & Preschool, Inc., you will play a vital role in shaping the early educational experiences of our young learners. Located in a supportive community, this position is essential in creating an engaging and nurturing atmosphere that promotes children's growth and development. Responsibilities Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that foster learning and creativity. Create a safe, welcoming, and stimulating classroom environment for all children. Monitor children's progress and provide feedback to parents on their development. Engage with families to build strong relationships and encourage their involvement in the learning process. Utilize effective behavior management techniques to promote positive interactions among students. Provide care and support for children's emotional and physical needs throughout the day. Collaborate with fellow educators to enhance curriculum and share best practices. Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations while ensuring a nurturing atmosphere.

Qualifications :

Proven experience working with toddlers or preschool-aged children in an educational setting. Strong care giving skills with the ability to nurture children's emotional well-being. Knowledge of early childhood development principles and practices. Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with parents and team members. First Aid/CPR certification Ability to manage classroom behavior positively and effectively. A passion for fostering a love of learning in young children.
