Program:

Career Cultivator is an innovative, in-person training program that prepares you to become a qualified early educator in just 10 weeks. Learn from experienced mentors, gain hands-on classroom experience, and earn the credentials you need to start your career in early childhood education.

What You'll Get:

Program Structure:

3 days/week — in-person learning (stipend-paid) 1-2 days/week — substituting in a local childcare center (Upper Valley) Up to 5 days/week employment opportunities available Must have reliable transportation
