Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Lead Teacher to inspire and guide young learners in an engaging educational environment. As a Lead Teacher, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing classroom atmosphere that promotes growth, curiosity, and confidence. You will lead lesson planning and collaborate with families and team members to support each child's developmental journey. Your energetic approach and dedication will foster a positive learning experience for children at various stages of early childhood development. Duties Commit to a schedule of 8:30 to 4:30. Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards, incorporating innovative learning and evidence-based teaching strategies. Manage classroom behavior effectively through positive reinforcement, behavior management techniques, and tailored interventions to support children with diverse needs. Monitor and assess student progress regularly using formative assessments. Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment that promotes social-emotional learning, faith, literacy education, math skills, gross motor, and overall childhood development. Requirements Proven classroom management skills with experience in early childhood education or preschool settings. Strong knowledge of childhood development principles. Experience in curriculum development tailored to diverse learners, including toddlers and preschool-aged children. Ability to plan engaging lessons that incorporate learning and support literacy, math, faith, physical education, and behavioral health goals. Excellent communication skills for collaborating with families, team members, and external specialists. Early childhood education or equivalent credentials or willingness to achieve.
