Responsibilities Design and implement innovative lesson plans that promote literacy education, math skills, physical education, and overall childhood development. Create a nurturing classroom environment that encourages curiosity, independence, and social-emotional growth. Manage classroom activities effectively to support behavior management strategies and maintain a positive learning atmosphere. Collaborate with colleagues to develop tailored curricula that meet individual student needs, especially in special education and early intervention programs. Engage actively with children to support their learning journey through tutoring, hands-on activities, and personalized attention. Monitor student progress using standardized testing methods and provide feedback to parents and guardians. Maintain detailed records of classroom activities, student assessments, and lesson plans to ensure compliance with educational standards. Requirements Proven experience in early childhood education or preschool settings with a strong background in classroom management and lesson planning. Knowledge of curriculum development principles across various subjects such as literacy, math, physical education, and Montessori methods. Demonstrated ability to work effectively with children of diverse backgrounds, including those requiring special education or early intervention services. Excellent communication skills to collaborate with parents, colleagues, and administrators effectively. Familiarity with childhood development milestones and behavior management techniques. Prior experience in daycare or private school environments is highly desirable. Certification or training in early childhood education or related fields is preferred; ongoing professional development is encouraged.
