What You'll Do:
Lead a toddler classroom (18 months-2.5 years) using Creative Curriculum Drive engaging, hands-on learning experiences Support social-emotional growth through positive guidance strategies Maintain compliance with NJ licensing, ratios, and safety standards Partner with families through consistent, professional communication
What We're Looking For:
Prior toddler teaching experience in a licensed childcare center (preferred) Strong classroom management and transition management skills Passion for early childhood education and child development CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) Why Join Discovery Corner Childcare and Enrichment Center?
