Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Infant Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will create a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children, fostering their social, emotional, and cognitive development. This role requires a strong commitment to early childhood education and the ability to engage with children in a meaningful way. Duties Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with early childhood education standards. Manage classroom activities, ensuring a safe and inclusive environment for all students. Provide individualized support to children with diverse needs, including those with disabilities or special education requirements. Foster positive relationships with students, encouraging their curiosity and love for learning. Collaborate with parents and caregivers to support each child's development and address any concerns. Maintain accurate records of student progress and development, communicating regularly with families about their child's achievements. Create engaging learning experiences that promote social skills, language development, and cognitive growth. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the classroom setting. Experience Proven experience in classroom management and working with infant children. Background in childcare or early childhood education is highly desirable. Familiarity with childhood development principles and practices, including infant care and caregiving strategies. Experience working with students who have special needs or disabilities is a plus. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues. A genuine passion for teaching and nurturing young minds in a preschool setting.
