Head Teacher Early Childhood (Full-Time)

Head Teacher (Full-Time) CJ Enrichment Center - Somerset, NJ CJ Enrichment Center is seeking an experienced Head Teacher to lead classroom operations with structure, consistency, and professionalism. This is a leadership role for an individual who can take full ownership of the classroom environment, maintain high standards, and support overall program quality.

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage daily classroom operations Maintain a structured, safe, and engaging learning environment Supervise and guide classroom staff Ensure compliance with state regulations and center policies Communicate effectively with parents and team members Implement age-appropriate curriculum and activities

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field ( required ) Proven experience in a classroom leadership role Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to manage classroom operations independently Professional, reliable, and consistent

Schedule:

Full-time Monday to Friday 8:00 AM - 5:30

PM Compensation:

Competitive hourly pay based on experience
