Responsibilities Lead classroom activities and daily routines for toddlers Plan and implement developmentally appropriate curriculum and learning experiences Support children's learning, development, and social-emotional growth Maintain active supervision and ensure child safety at all times Promote positive behavior through encouragement and guidance Supervise and mentor Teacher Assistants Build positive relationships and communicate regularly with families Help keep classrooms clean, organized, and welcoming Ensure compliance with all licensing, health, and safety requirements Required Qualifications CDA, Associate Degree, or Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field required Minimum 2 years of experience working with infants and/or toddlers Strong leadership, classroom management, and communication skills Ability to lift up to 35 pounds Preferred Qualifications CPR and First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days) Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education Bilingual English/Spanish skills Benefits Paid Time Off (PTO) NJ Earned Sick Leave Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance (for eligible employees) 50%

Pay:

$19.00•$21.00 per hour, based on experience
