Since opening our doors in 2008 in Southwest Hoboken, World of Wonder Childcare Center has grown into a joyful, supportive space for children, families, and educators. With three thriving locations, we're now looking for a Head Teacher to lead with a heart, structure, and a whole lot of love!

Position:

Head Teacher

• Infants Classroom Schedule:

  9:30 AM
• 6:30 PM (must be flexible for either shift in the first year)

Requirements:

CDA, AA, or BA in Early Childhood or related field (required) At least 2 years of classroom experience with infants or toddlers CPR & First Aid certification (or willing to obtain within 30 days) Leadership skills and strong understanding of developmental milestones

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and lead daily routines, lessons, and care tailored to infants Build strong bonds with babies and their families Observe and track development; share insights with parents and the team Maintain a warm, organized, and clean classroom Ensure health, safety, and licensing standards are consistently met Mentor classroom assistants and model best practices
