World of Wonder Childcare Center opened its doors in 2008 in Southwest Hoboken, and we've grown to three amazing centers full of love, laughter, and learning. Now, we're looking for a warm, confident, and experienced Head Teacher to lead our Toddler Classroom .

Position:

Full-Time Head Teacher

• Toddlers Schedule:

  7:30 AM
• 4:30 PM or 9:30 AM
• 6:30 PM (flexibility for either shift required during first year)

Requirements:

CDA, AA, or BA in Early Childhood or related field (required) Minimum 2 years of experience with infants/toddlers Strong leadership and classroom management skills CPR & First Aid Certification (or willing to obtain within 30 days)

What You'll Be Doing:

Lead a nurturing, developmentally appropriate classroom for 1-2-year-olds Plan daily routines, activities, and transitions with intention and love Supervise, mentor, and support teacher assistants Track each child's growth and milestones Foster strong relationships with families through consistent communication Ensure a clean, safe, and joyful learning space Comply with all licensing, health, and safety guidelines
