Infant/Toddler/Pre School Teacher

Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our early childhood education team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in childhood development and experience working with young children in a preschool or daycare setting. This role involves creating a nurturing and stimulating environment that promotes the social, emotional, and cognitive development of preschool-aged children. Duties Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with early childhood education standards. Foster a safe and engaging classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning. Utilize effective classroom management techniques to maintain a positive learning atmosphere. Assess children's progress and adapt teaching methods to meet individual needs, including those with disabilities or special educational requirements. Collaborate with parents and caregivers to support children's development and address any concerns. Provide guidance in areas such as behavior management, social skills, and emotional regulation. Maintain accurate records of each child's progress, attendance, and any incidents that occur during class. Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and knowledge in early childhood education. Qualifications Experience working with children in a preschool, daycare, or similar setting is essential. Knowledge of childhood development principles and best practices in early education. Familiarity with special education practices and experience working with students with disabilities is a plus. First aid certification is preferred; willingness to obtain certification if not currently held. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues. Ability to create engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles and needs. Experience in behavior management techniques to support positive interactions among students.
