Job Description

Job Summary Join our vibrant early childhood education team as an Early Childhood Teacher, where your enthusiasm and expertise will inspire young learners to explore, discover, and grow. In this dynamic role, you will create a nurturing classroom environment that fosters social-emotional development, cognitive skills, and physical growth. Duties Design and implement engaging lesson plans aligned with early childhood education standards, including literacy education, math, physical education, and Montessori methods. Foster a positive classroom atmosphere through effective behavior management and classroom management techniques that encourage cooperation and respect. Support children's developmental milestones by applying knowledge of childhood development principles and early intervention strategies. Create a safe, inclusive environment that promotes child welfare and supports children with special education needs or those requiring additional support. Conduct assessments using standardized testing tools to monitor progress and tailor instructional approaches accordingly. Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and colleagues to communicate children's progress, address concerns, and plan individualized learning experiences. Maintain detailed records of lesson plans, student progress, incident reports, and classroom activities to ensure compliance with licensing requirements and best practices. Skills Strong understanding of childhood development theories and early childhood education practices. Proven experience in classroom management, lesson planning, and curriculum development tailored for preschool-aged children. Expertise in working with children across diverse needs, including special education and early intervention programs. Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, colleagues, and community partners. Ability to implement behavior management strategies that foster positive social interactions. Familiarity with daycare regulations, private school standards, Montessori methods, and standardized testing procedures. Competence in teaching physical education activities and supporting literacy education initiatives such as tutoring or phonics instruction. $35,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
