Full Job Description Now Hiring:
Preschool Head Teacher We're looking for a passionate and experienced educator to lead one of our classrooms and help shape a nurturing, engaging learning environment for young children. Lead teachers who specialize in the following age ranges: Infant (1 to 14 months), Waddler (14 to 18 Months), Toddler (1.5 to 2 Years), Preschool (2 to 3 Years), and PreK .
What You'll Do:
Lead and support classroom teachers and assistants. Create and implement fun, educational lesson plans. Foster children's emotional, social, and intellectual growth. Maintain strong communication with parents. Help guide and train team members within the classroom.
What We're Looking For:
Bachelor's Degree (Early Childhood Education preferred), or Child Development Associate (CDA) certificate. Experience in a preschool or daycare setting. Strong leadership and communication skills.
