Preschool / Pre-K Teacher $1000 Sign-on Bonus! Job Posting & Description Hiring for the 2026 - 2027 School Year The following position has opened up at Bright Beginnings Child Care Center in partnership with Mount Laurel School District for the Preschool Expansion Program . We are looking to hire 2 certified teachers for the current 2026 - 2027 school year!

Bright Beginnings Child Care Center 641 Church St. Mt. Laurel, NJ 08054
Position:
Preschool/Pre-K Teacher (P3 Certification Required)
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree P3 Certification; Standard preferred. Can accept CE with EPP and mentorship, or CEAS with mentorship.
Salary:
$56,000 - $58,000 per

K Professional Development Responsibilities:
Implement engaging lesson plans that cater to the needs and interests of preschool students. Manage classroom activities and ensure a safe and nurturing learning environment. Stay updated on best practices in early childhood education to continuously improve teaching methods. Plan and conduct educational activities that promote early childhood development. Utilize effective communication skills to build and maintain positive relationships with both students and parents, as well as other staff members.
