$34,000 annually, based on a 10-month schedule
Kol Dorot:
A Reform Jewish Community, a vibrant synagogue in Oradell, New Jersey, is seeking a Head Teacher for our Early Learning Center (ELC). Serving over 530 member families, Kol Dorot is home to a thriving ELC with approximately 45 children, ages 20 months to 4 years. We are seeking a kind, nurturing, patient, and experienced Head Teacher to join our exceptional team at a warm, play-based early learning community. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of child development and a genuine passion for fostering curiosity, confidence, and growth in young children. Our school embraces a play-based curriculum that supports child-led learning and encourages exploration, creativity, and meaningful social-emotional development. Qualifications include a bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a CDA, along with experience working with children ages 2-5. This is a 10-month position following a September through June school calendar. Hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m.- 2:15 p.m. Send resumes to
