Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Morning Floater to join our vibrant early childhood education team! In this dynamic role, you will serve as a versatile team member, stepping into various classroom and childcare settings to ensure smooth daily operations and exceptional care for children. Your positive attitude and proactive approach will help create a nurturing environment where children can thrive from the moment they arrive. This position offers an exciting opportunity to gain diverse classroom experience while supporting the needs of young learners and their families. Duties Provide flexible coverage across multiple classrooms and age groups, including infants, toddlers, preschoolers. Assist with daily activities such as diapering, feeding, and supervising playtime to promote safety and engagement Support teachers in implementing educational programs focused on childhood development, early learning, and social-emotional growth Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment by following health and safety protocols at all times Engage with children through interactive play, behavior management techniques, and nurturing caregiving practices Help facilitate smooth transitions between activities and provide support during classroom routines Communicate effectively with team members and families to ensure consistent care and address individual needs Qualifications Prior experience working with children in daycare, preschool, babysitting, nannying, or classroom settings preferred Knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education best practices Certification in first aid and CPR required or willing to obtain upon hire Experience working with individuals with disabilities or special education needs is a plus Strong classroom management skills with the ability to adapt quickly to changing situations Passion for working with children and fostering a positive learning environment Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining a cheerful demeanor Join us as a Morning Floater and be part of a passionate team dedicated to nurturing young minds!
