Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and energetic Toddler Teacher to create a nurturing, engaging, and educational environment for young children in our care. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding toddlers through their early developmental stages, fostering curiosity, independence, and social skills. Responsibilities Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote childhood development, social skills, and early learning concepts. Provide attentive toddler care by ensuring safety, comfort, and emotional support at all times. Manage classroom activities that encourage exploration, creativity, and physical activity. Support children with daily routines such as feeding, diapering, nap times, and hygiene practices. Foster positive behavior management strategies to promote cooperation and respect among children. Communicate regularly with parents or guardians about their child's progress, milestones, and any concerns. Maintain a clean, organized classroom environment that adheres to health and safety standards. Qualifications Previous experience working with young children in daycare, preschool, nannying, babysitting, or similar settings. Knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education best practices. Certification in first aid and CPR is highly preferred. Experience working with children with disabilities or special needs is a plus. Strong classroom management skills with the ability to handle multiple children effectively. Excellent communication skills to collaborate with families and team members. Ability to maintain patience, compassion, and enthusiasm in a dynamic environment.
