Job Description
Immersion Montessori School is seeking a warm, compassionate, and dedicated Montessori Guide to join our New Jersey team. We are looking for an educator inspired by the Montessori philosophy and committed to fostering independence, curiosity, and purposeful learning. The ideal candidate believes in guiding rather than directing, values deep respect for the child, and is eager to grow within a collaborative and mission-driven community. What We're Looking For A genuine passion for education and child development Ability to create and maintain a calm, nurturing, and well-prepared environment Commitment to fostering independence, concentration, and confidence in young children Strong communication and collaboration skills Interest in professional growth and continuous learning Montessori training is preferred; however, we offer training and mentoring for the right candidate who is aligned with our methodology and excited to deepen their understanding of Montessori education.
